SPA Etiquette

                                 BOOKING POLICY

Artiste de Lumiere is a small boutique spa with personalized service offered by its owner and therapist Caterina. Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Please consider the following when booking an appointment.

☘️Bookings can be made by calling the Spa on 9453 2018 or 0475 187 087 during business hours or by following the online booking thru this website or Google.
# Please note bookings cannot be made via sms, email or Facebook

☘️A deposit is required to confirm your booking and ensure the time and date is reserved just for you.

☘️Walk-in appointments are not available due to the necessary preparation for treatments and pre booked appointments.

☘️To ensure you receive the date and time you require for your appointment please book in advance and rebook following appointments.

☘️Caterina will endeavour to accommodate and provide you with suitable dates and time frames for your appointments, however we cannot give you appointment times already booked by other clients or which are outside normal functioning business hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Artiste de Lumiere is a small boutique spa, and in order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we reserve that time just for you. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele. When clients are unable to make their scheduled appointments, we are unable to best service our customers waiting for that spot. Our cancellation policy is the industry standard of 24 hours and enables us to be able to best serve all of our customers.

Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

☘️We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. We also ask that you contact us during business hours to advise of cancellation.

☘️No shows or same day cancellations that are within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged (this includes changing type of appointment) For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed.

☘️Complimentary Consultation appointments will incur a $25 Fee if cancelled later than 8hrs notice.

☘️Our online Booking system will not allow you to Cancel your appointment. You must call to cancel your appointment time.
